Discover and develop negotiation skills in an interactive and fun learning environment. Here you study the typical patterns of how negotiations are managed and conflicts resolved. You work through eight live case-plays to get to grips with live-action negotiation. And you practice proven techniques for sidestepping negotiation pitfalls and striking the best possible deal. Discuss when problems, difficulties and issues can be raised and debated. Expert and engaging tutors will provide individual negotiation advice.
